Asset Lifecycle Analysis
An ISO 55000-aligned decision-support tool that scores every asset on condition, criticality, risk, performance, and cost — then turns those scores into a clear keep, maintain, renew, or dispose decision. Every calculation reads from one CONFIG sheet, so nothing is hard-coded and each site can tune its own weights.

MEL Data Collection — P&ID walk-down
A guided field tool that turns a plant walk-down into a clean Master Equipment List. Scan P&IDs for asset and item counts, capture every piece of equipment against the ISO 14224 hierarchy, and export a structured, comparable record set — no more loose spreadsheets and clipboard notes.
